Apartment Description The apartment, built in 2007, contains one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large double sofa bed, so will comfortably sleep 6 people. It is fully air conditioned and also has the possibility of heating too on the rare occasions it is needed. There is a communal swimming pool with heated showers and bathroom facilities and a secured children’s playground. Additional to the apartment is an underground parking space and a private storage room. The apartment is fully kitted out with all kitchen equipment including a dishwasher and washing machine, TV and DVD in the lounge and all bedding. The sea view balcony offers a great place for breakfast or a relaxing aperitif whilst the sun sets behind the mountains. The apartment has a total area of 65sqm and also contains a hydromassage bath.
The enclosed communal pool (open July to September) has a separate children's pool and toilet facilities. There is also a children's play area at ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet position with the beach only a couple of minutes away and all the other resort attractions are within a 10 minute walking distance.
